The initial phase of the $3.5 billion Baha Mar resort in the Bahamas will open March 27.
The project, which has been under construction for almost three years, includes the 1,000-room Baha Mar centerpiece, a 300-room SLS LUX Hotel, and a 200-room Rosewood at Baha Mar Hotel. A 700-room Grand Hyatt Hotel will open later this year.
The development includes private residences, retail, dining and entertainment. A TPC Gold Course designed by Jack Nicklaus is part of Baha Mar.
The Baha Mar Hotel will have a 100,000 square-foot casino. Sports betting company CG Technology will provide Baha Mar with a mobile sports wagering system.
