Chase Bank sees light traffic on Presidents Day holiday

Chase Bank believes it was the only bank in Nevada open on Monday.
The bank stayed open for Presidents Day for the convenience of customers, including small businesses that are open for business and consumers who want to do their banking on a holiday, spokeswoman Gary Kishner said.
"While traffic is a bit slower than usual, we are still seeing a good number of customers flow through. The branches did a great job of letting people know we would be open," Kishner said.
Three Las Vegas area branches contacted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal were not busy, according to employees. One woman suggested customers didn't know the bank was open for business.
