Drybar to open salon at Miracle Mile Shops in July

Drybar, a hair salon offering blowouts, will open in July in Las Vegas at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood Resort.

In a statement, the salon said it will have a built-in disc jockey booth, a bar and photo booth and an event manager to host and plan in-store parties. The salon will cover 3,000 square feet and have 20 chairs. A spokeswoman said the shop will create about 150 jobs.

Drybar plans to open salons in New York, Seattle, Miami, Toronto and Los Angeles, this year to bring expand its total from the current 56 salons to 75 by year's end.

Stylist Alli Webb founded Drybar, which lists Julia Roberts, Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Garner and Zooey Deschanel among many famous clients. Fast Company named Webb among its 100 Most Creative People in Business for 2013.
