An office complex near McCarran International Airport has a new owner.
TNP Acquisitions, a subsidiary of Irvine, Calif.-based Thompson National Properties, bought the 87,018-square-foot McCarran Corporate Plaza at 5740 and 5820 S. Eastern Ave. The deal was worth $10.2 million.
The buildings are 68 percent leased. Tenants include Carrington College, United Health Services and AARP.
TNP Acquisitions bought the property from P-38 Properties LLC.
TNP already owns several local properties, including the 63,365-square-foot Clark County Department of Family Services building at 121 S. Martin Luther King Blvd., and the 159,203-square-foot Arville Industrial Park at 4350 S. Arville St. It also owns Buffalo Square, a 176,508-square-foot shopping center at Washington Avenue and Buffalo Road, and it owns and leases three units inside the Turnberry Towers luxury high-rise community on Paradise Road.
Chuck Witters, SIOR, and Kris Watier, both with commercial broker Lee & Associates, represented P-38 Properties. TNP Acquisitions was represented by local sister company Commerce TNP, a brokerage the company formed in 2010 after it bought Commerce CRG of Nevada.
