Park Place Infiniti officials on Thursday will unveil the dealership’s multimillion-dollar expansion at 5605 W. Sahara Ave.
The expansion, part of an overall renovation for the 6-acre property, features a state-of-the-art showroom and client lounge.
The main building’s redesign includes a façade draped with insulated glass that keeps the interior climate comfortable while allowing natural light into the showroom. The showroom and lounge have an art gallery and amenities such as electronic docking stations. The renovation also added a new drive-in service canopy and an expanded garage.
The second building, which has undergone its own improvements over the past year, has become the sales center for pre-owned vehicles.
“We insisted on having our dealership reflect the quality and luxury of the Infiniti vehicles we offer,” Park Place Infiniti General Manager Joe Tortomasi said in a statement.
The expansion is expected to create between 10 and 15 new permanent positions in sales and service. Work on the project, performed by Boyd Martin Construction of Las Vegas, created about 50 construction jobs.
The company also will announce a $10,000 contribution to the Las Vegas Philharmonic. The funding will go toward bringing internationally acclaimed soloists to perform with the Las Vegas Philharmonic during their concert season from September to May.
