Bardot Brasserie, from uberchef Michael Mina, opened Jan. 16. Its appropriately brasserie-inspired interior, which is designed to evoke a cafe along Paris’ Champs Elysees in the ’20s, is divided into a brass-bedecked bar area, dining room and sidewalk-cafe-style patio in the courtyard overlooking the resort’s second-floor promenade. Bardot is open for dinner daily and brunch on weekends. Here’s a sample of the menu:
Brunch: Croissant Benedicts (Paris ham, Swiss chard, smoked salmon or Maine lobster), $12-$29; French omelet, $18; Hunter’s waffle, $20; Quiche Lorraine, $14.
Hors d’oeuvres: Blue crab crepe, $16; Escargots Bardot, $17; Prime steak tartare, $17 or $25; foie gras parfait, $15; charcuterie board, $25; heart-fired marrow, $22.
Soups and salads: Onion soup gratinee, $14; Salade Bardot, $12; warm beets and goat cheese, $17; endives and blue cheese, $16.
Seafood: Half-pound lobster, $27; half-pound king crab, $39; half-dozen assorted oysters, $17; half-dozen littleneck clams, $9; shrimp cocktail, $18.
