Thai food options abound across the Las Vegas Valley, and after you’ve tried them all, you’ll likely find yourself returning to Archi’s. With three locations on the west side, Archi’s offers a diverse and authentic Thai menu. Curry choices include green, red, yellow, panang and pineapple, with a choice of just vegetables, chicken, pork, beef or tofu for $9.95 or shrimp for $10.95. Combinations are also available. Likewise, entrees come with the same meat or vegetarian options and include Kung Pao, sweet and sour, spicy basil (zucchini, bell peppers, garlic, chili and fresh basil), Ginger Ginger Ginger (ginger, onion, green onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, baby corn and soy bean sauce) and Pad Cha Cha Cha (shrimp, squid, catfish, green mussels and scallops stir-fried with garlic, ginger, bamboo shoots, bell pepper, lime leaves, ka-chai and fresh basil). Entrees average $10 to $12. Other choices are fried rice, noodles and salads such as the spicy papaya salad featuring sliced green papaya, tomatoes, green beans, peanuts, dried shrimp and lime dressing. There are also soups, appetizers and desserts, and the beverage menu includes traditional Thai iced coffee or tea. Lunch specials are served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and come with soup of the day, fried egg roll and fried wonton. Take-out is available.
