Valentine’s Day is the second-busiest day of the year for restaurants (after Mother’s Day), which means Las Vegas restaurants will be exceptionally busy, so get your reservations early. Most buffets will be adding dishes for the day, and many restaurants have planned special menus, some of which follow. The menus are available on Feb. 14, unless otherwise noted.
