Tim Burton has yielded directing duties to James Bobin ("The Muppets," "Muppets Most Wanted"), but his visual style remains intact for "Alice Through the Looking Glass."
Among the cast returning from 2010's "Alice in Wonderland," Johnny Depp stars as the Mad Hatter, Mia Wasikowska plays Alice, Helena Bonham Carter is the Red Queen and Anne Hathaway portrays the White Queen.
With the addition of Sacha Baron Cohen as Time, the sequel will allow Alice to encounter the Wonderland characters at different points in their histories.
"Alice Through the Looking Glass" opens May 27, 2016.
