The original ‘Rickroll’ video has disappeared from YouTube

YouTube has blocked access to the original RickRoll video — used to trick others into watching Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” — seven years after it was first uploaded.

The video had been viewed nearly 71 million times by the time it was removed by YouTube, which hasn’t yet commented on the disappearance, according to Billboard.

Never fear, though: Thousands of clips of the song have been uploaded to YouTube. You can still RickRoll to your heart’s content (and the official video is below).
