A bicyclist suffered serious injuries when she was hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Green Valley and Windmill parkways on Tuesday morning, Henderson police said.
The 18-year-old woman was in a marked crosswalk on Windmill and Ocotillo Pointe Terrace about 6:45 a.m. when she was hit, Henderson spokeswoman Kathleen Richards said.
She was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, Richards said.
It wasn’t immediately clear if the woman was riding or walking with the bike, Richards said.
Impaired driving or speed are not suspected by police, Richards said.
