Coroner IDs man killed at Berry Plastics in Henderson

A factory worker who died on the job Monday has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
Scott Greenfield, 42, of Henderson, died at Berry Plastics, 800 E. Horizon Dr., near Boulder Highway, police said.
A piece of machinery fell on Greenfield and crushed him, the coroner said Tuesday.
Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating, spokeswoman Teri Williams said.
Berry Plastics offered this statement:
“The company extends its sincere condolences to the family, friends, and coworkers of our employee,” company spokeswoman Eva Schmitz said Tuesday.
Berry Plastics, based in Indiana, employs 180 at the Henderson site and has more than 90 factories around the world, according to the company. Its make products such as packaging, flexible films and plastic cups.
