Southbound Interstate 15 near Las Vegas closed temporarily
Southbound Interstate 15 near Sloan was shut down Wednesday afternoon for nearly an hour as Las Vegas police investigated a report of a stolen vehicle.
Officers were able to safely detain one individual, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a release.
The closure was at mile marker 17, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
