Henderson officials encourage online payment of utility bills
March 5, 2012 - 2:00 am
Henderson residents can pay their water and sewer bill online and save tax dollars at the same time.
Customers can enroll in BillOnline, an electronic billing and account management service, to receive their bill via email, make a payment, schedule automatic recurring payments, view and print past statements and manage multiple accounts, according to a statement from the city.
City officials said about $58,000 a year would be saved in paper, printing and mailing costs for every 10 percent of customers who enroll online at CityofHenderson.billonline.com, using their name and account number as they appear on their bill.
