6 places to watch the World Cup in Las Vegas

Teams from 32 countries are in Brazil for the next month to compete in the FIFA World Cup. You can join in the action at plenty of viewing parties around the valley — just leave the vuvuzela at home.

McMullan’s Irish Pub

McMullan’s is showing the Brazil vs. Croatia game on all their big screen TVs. There are $4 Ranger IPA Draughts all day. Check them out on Facebook for specials throughout the World Cup.

TAG Lounge & Bar at The Quad

3535 S. Las Vegas Blvd.

World Cup games will be shown on 40 high-def TVs and two 80-inch screens. You can also opt for the @25 Touchline Experience, which includes two beers, a t-shirt and an entry to win the High Roller package (2-night stay at Bally’s, two show tickets and a $200 comp dinner at BLT Steak).

Crown & Anchor

1350 E. Tropicana Ave.

The British pub is the self-described home for soccer in Las Vegas. Get there early if England or the U.S. are playing and expect standing room only.

Due Forni

3555 S. Town Center Drive #105

Due Forni opens early for morning games that feature the U.S., Italy or Argentine (the chef is an Argentine-raised Italian). Check out their special breakfast menu.

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas

4510 Paradise Road

The German microbrewery is showing all the games on big screens. The restaurant will open at 8 a.m. on days that have games starting at 9 a.m. Check out their schedule here.

Shakespeare’s Grille & Pub

790 Coronado Center Drive, Suite 130

The pub will have $3 Miller Light and Sam Adams Rebel IPA’s during all World Cup games and will be opening at 9 a.m. starting on Friday to show all games.
