Colin Cowherd leaving ESPN

ESPN confirmed it will not re-sign Colin Cowherd when his contract expires. The national radio show host is the latest outspoken personality to leave ESPN in 2015, following Bill Simmons and Keith Olbermann.

Cowherd has not announced where he will go next, but The Big Lead reported a reunion with Jamie Horowitz at Fox Sports could be in the works.

"We‘ve enjoyed a mutually beneficial run with Colin for over a decade," ESPN president John Skipper told TBL in a statement. "He came to national prominence on ESPN with his unique perspective on sports and society. Endings also bring new beginnings, for ESPN and Colin, and we thank him and wish him the best."
