What Dolce by The Lakes offered as premium upgrades for additional cost is now standard and included in all its condominiums, according to sales agent Bijan Hatefi.
Out of 358 units, there are only 60 available for sale.
"Now, all of our condo homes are fully premium upgraded at our standard upgrade price," Hatefi said.
The premium package includes new carpet, faux hardwood flooring, Frigidaire stainless-steel kitchen appliances (refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher), granite countertops in kitchen and bath, maple cabinetry throughout, 41/2-inch baseboards, raised panel doors, ceiling fan in master bedroom, lighting fixtures and sinks, plumbing fixtures as well as anelectronic thermostat.
Dolce by The Lakes' three floor plans feature two-tone paint, stainless-steel appliances and balconies.
Wood burning fireplaces are available in selected residences.
The Acqua, a one-bedroom, one-bath model, includes living and dining rooms and kitchen in 704 square feet. Prices start at $142,999.
The Capri, which starts at $173,999, offers two bedrooms with two baths in 1,016 square feet.
The open-design model features a kitchen leading to the dining room, which transitions to the living room.
The living room opens onto the balcony.
The Solare is Dolce's largest home, with 1,154 square feet, three bedrooms as well as two baths.
The floor plan, which starts at $194,999, offers open living and dining rooms.
"Our seller's incentives include six percent of the total sales price with preferred lenders which can be used to pay closing costs, buy down the mortgage interest rate or prepay homeowners' association dues.
"In real dollars, the incentives could range from $8,580 to $11,700 at these prices," Hatefi said.
Buyers can move in with a one percent of purchase price earnest money deposit, according to Hatefi.
"In addition to our seller's incentives, if buyers close within 30 days, they will receive $5,000 off the purchase price and have their first year HOA dues paid," Hatefi said.
Amenities also play an important part in home buyers' choices, he said.
"We have a heated indoor pool and two outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, spa and state-of-the-art fitness room and our clubhouse," he said.
