Dunhill’s spring sale to end soon

Dunhill Homes spring sales event ends June 15. During the event, Dunhill Homes is offering incentives worth thousandsof dollars in addition to its current sales incentive on 12 home designs ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet.

“This is the very best promotion we have offered at Rhodes Ranch in several years, and is only available for two more weeks,” said Rhodes Ranch sales agent Hadley Goddard.

Details on the Dunhill Homes spring sales event are available in the sales office at Rhodes Ranch.

Among the new homes offered at Rhodes Ranch is the Geneva series, which has four single- and two-story plans ranging from 2,173 to 3,649 square feet.

“Our most popular and flexible floor plans are in the Geneva series at Rhodes Ranch, and all of the plans include Dunhill Homes’ signature valet,” Goddard said.

The homes also include luxury standard features including oversized garages, cooking islands, granite kitchen countertops, maple kitchen cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets.

And like every new home built at Rhodes Ranch, Dunhill Homes provides standard paver driveways and walkways with the Geneva series.

“The largest floor plan we offer is in this series and includes 3,649 square feet of living space,” Goddard said.

Plan 3649 includes four bedrooms, 3½ baths, two game rooms and a home office. Options include a downstairs master bedroom, or as many as six bedrooms and five baths.

“Every bedroom in this home includes a walk-in closet, which people really like,” Goddard said.

Rhodes Ranch features a multimillion-dollar, 35,000-square-foot recreation center and includes an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length indoor basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts.

Rounding out the features of Rhodes Ranch is the award-winning Rhodes Ranch golf course. The 18-hole championship course is designed by legendary architect Ted Robinson with layouts that present a mixture of challenge and playability for golfers of all levels.

More than 3,000 palm trees line the fairways of the 6,909-yard Rhodes Ranch golf course, which has received many awards.

The course is highlighted by a group of par 3s that Robinson called the best he ever designed and includes an array of water features, varying elevations, city and mountain views and rolling fairways spread out over the 162-acre property.

Dunhill Homes is developing two award-winning master-planned communities in Southern Nevada. Rhodes Ranch, in southwest Las Vegas, and Tuscany Village in Henderson offer guard-gated communities with affordable luxury amenities and no SID (special improvement district) fees to homeowners. Dunhill also is selling homes in Westmont, a southwest Las Vegas neighborhood near the 26-acre Red Ridge Park and Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas.

Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes has two entrances to the community. To visit, take the 215 Beltway to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office at 223 Honors Course Drive. The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 702-740-4111 or visit www.dunhillhomes.com.
