EFREN RAMIREZ, TWIN BROTHER CELEBRATE

It was a "Vote for Pedro" promotion for Efren, who played Pedro in the 2004 comedy "Napoleon Dynamite." In the movie, Pedro arrives from Mexico and runs for class president at an Idaho school.
