Findlay Honda Henderson keeps motorists rolling

Findlay Honda Henderson keeps its customers rolling over the road. The Valley Automall dealership has 32 service bays with 22 certified trained technicians capable of handling any problem large or small.
Just ask Louis Cella. His 9-year-old Honda Civic Hybrid has logged more than 1 million miles with the original transmission. Cella's work has him routinely traveling from Reno to Las Vegas and back. But, there is nothing routine about the performance of his Honda Civic Hybrid.
"Mr. Cella purchased his car from us in 2003," said Findlay Honda Henderson general manager Scott Ramer. "We have serviced his car from day one, making certain the vehicle received the proper care and hands-on attention needed to reach a 1 million-mile milestone."
Indeed, the Findlay Honda Henderson's 50,000-square-foot facility, situated on five acres, has certified state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. The dealership at 933 Auto Show Drive in Henderson assesses vehicle vitality, with an eye toward preventative maintenance. Honda owners have come to expect nothing but the best. That means customer convenience. For example, Findlay Honda Henderson offers complimentary shuttle service as well as 27-multipoint vehicle inspections at any time, including filters and hoses, among other items. This all comes in handy before a long road trip in Southern Nevada's desert heat.
The dealership also has a delicatessen, with complimentary beverages for customers. There are also free car washes for dealer-serviced clients.
"Our customers' time is valuable to them. We realize that," Ramer said. "As such, we try to minimize wait times and reduce disruptions to their daily schedule, and make their time with us as pleasant as possible. This includes a children's entertainment area."
The 8,900-square-foot shop has multiple express lube areas that can provide quick oil change to motorists in about 30 minutes or less.
