Glendale provides quick move-ins

At Richmond American's Glendale neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas, buyers can move into a new home before the holidays. Several quick move-in homes are available, including one four-bedroom home and a few three-bedroom homes, according to sales agent Cindy Alves.

Upgrades include granite countertops and tile flooring, fireplace and appliances.

Priced from the low $200,000s, the homes span from about 1,850 to 2,400 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and 21/2 to three baths.

Priced from $199,990 is the Cliffstone, offering three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,850 square feet. The main floor features a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom and full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, two secondary bedrooms, laundry room and a tech center.

Priced from the $210,000s, the Pebble Stone and Ledgestone include four bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Both plans offer an optional loft; and the Ledgestone offers a fifth bedroom in lieu of the formal living room. Depending on the elevation selected, the Ledgestone also offers a covered balcony off the master suite.

The 2,400-square-foot Cobblebrick has five bedrooms and three baths. Priced from the $220,000s, it includes a bedroom and full bath on the main floor.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Decatur Boulevard and go north. Continue past Grand Teton Drive, and the models will be on the left. For more information, call the sales center at 656-0753. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Friday when it opens at noon.
