Ladies of Lexus of Las Vegas Make Buying Lexus Vehicles Very Enjoyable

Purchasing an automobile is no doubt a big-ticket investment that may make some women feel uncomfortable. So to take the scariness out of stepping onto the showroom floor, Lexus of Las Vegas has employed several professional women to make female customers feel more at home.

Rachel Roemer, Jennifer Joaquin and Amanda Panuccio are three sales associates who stand ready to greet women at the door and walk them through all the features of Lexus models that include the LS460, ES350, GS350, IS250 and 350, RX350, IS350 convertible, CT, GX460, LX570, all of the hybrid models of these outstanding automobiles and an inventory of preowned vehicles

“I really like making the sales process enjoyable for our female customers,” said Roemer, who has been with Lexus of Las Vegas for three years. “A lot of people think car buying is stressful, so I try to make it fun while explaining all the wonderful features of our automobiles.”

Kat Mason, who has been with Lexus of Las Vegas for 9½ years, is the service finance specialist. She sits down with female customers and explains the service functions available at the dealership, as well as various financial options after a vehicle has been purchased.

“These people (at Lexus) are my second family,” Mason said, adding that she met her husband, Roy, at the dealership when they were both working in the finance department.

“I started at the front counter parts department and worked my way up through inventory and ordering to where I am now,” said Andrea Gillman, public relations and inventory manager, who has been with the dealership for 11 years.

Alicia Irwin, sales and leasing consultant, started at the dealership two months ago but has been a Lexus owner for several years.

“It’s very enjoyable dealing with people who come into Lexus, especially our women customers,” Irwin said. “It’s exciting and rewarding helping women select the right car that fits their needs. Everyone here is so friendly.”
