Lennar's Centennial Park neighborhood features single-family homes in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Six two-story floor plans are available.

The neighborhood features a landscaped entry drive, custom-iron gates and residents' park, while standard amenities at the homes include granite countertops, stainless-steel General Electric kitchen appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, window coverings and a new washer and dryer.

The homes measure from 1,478 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage to 1,909 square feet offering four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage.
