Lennar to kick off summer sales promotion this weekend

Beginning today, Lennar will host a sales event at seven communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The builder is calling its promotion the "Hottest Sale Under The Sun."

"(Housing) inventory is low across the valley and demand is high. Homebuyers will not want to miss this opportunity. This sale offers great prices, extra included features and seller-paid closing costs on desirable quick move-in homes," said Jamiel Rashdan, Lennar new-home consultant. Those who purchase and close on a home in July and August will receive 2-inch faux wood blinds, two ceiling fans, seller-paid closing costs and General Electric stainless steel appliances. Lennar's Everything's Included program offer homebuyers upgraded features that come with the home at no extra cost.

"Our buyers won't have to deal with high-priced design centers that are common among other builders. There are no hidden costs in a Lennar home. All they need to do is move in and enjoy their fully upgraded new home," said Rashdan.

Homes offer the latest in modern green technology that saves homeowners money. Features can include low-energy, dual-pane vinyl windows, low-volatile-organic-compound paint, radiant-barrier roof sheeting and many other energy-saving features.

Participating communities are Ladera Terrace in Summerlin, Madison Grove in Providence, San Gabriel in Mountain's Edge, Mountain Terrace in Henderson, Rancho d'Oro in North Las Vegas, Sommerset in Henderson and Windsor Hill Estates in the northwest.
