Lexus of Henderson earns Elite award

With its dedication to exceeding customer's expectations, Lexus of Henderson has earned the 2011 Elite of Lexus award. The dealership achieved this honor by receiving high customer satisfaction scores for the sales, service and delivery of new and certified preowned vehicles from its customers.

"The honor of such a prestigious award, in the infancy of our tenure, is a testament to our Lexus associates and their passion toward delivering a truly outstanding experience to those valued customers."
This is the first full year Lexus of Henderson has had the opportunity to earn Elite of Lexus status. Elite status is a mark of distinction awarded by Lexus corporate to its dealers based on a series of customer service related criteria.
"We challenge our dealers to attain high levels of customer satisfaction in every area of their dealership to qualify for this award," said Lexus Vice President of Sales Tim Morrison. "From the time Lexus began 23 years ago, our goal was to treat customers as though they were guests in our home. The people at Lexus of Henderson put this philosophy into action every day."
Among the vehicles available at Lexus of Henderson are the all-new 2013 ES350 and ES300h Hybrid, the RX 350 crossover vehicle and the 43 mpg CT 200h, one of four hybrids in the Lexus family.
