Louisiana SPCA investigating second goat beheading video

The Louisiana SPCA is investigating a goat beheading that was filmed and posted on YouTube — the second goat beheading in two months in New Orleans.

Five men are seen in the 12-second video where a goat is being held in a plastic pool, WGNO reports. A release from the SPCA says one man beheaded the goat and the other men cheered.

The group received a tip alleging the video was recorded on a block near Tulane University fraternity houses.

“At this time we have no evidence to suggest that this video involves or is related to any member of the Tulane community,” the university said in a release.

The New Orleans Police Department has not launched an official investigation, but the Louisiana SPCA is offering a $13,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.
