Pardee Homes' Trail Ridge neighborhood, located in southwestern Las Vegas off of Durango Drive, features four floor plan designs, including the three-bedroom Plan One, which measures about 1,366 square feet with an optional loft in lieu of the second bedroom. Trail Ridge can be reached by taking Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive and traveling south on Durango. Turn left on Agate Avenue, which is just north of Blue Diamond Road.

The gated Trail Ridge neighborhood features a community swimming pool, tot lot and picnic area available exclusively to residents and their guests. Floor plans range in size from about 1,366 to 1,776 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 21/2 to three baths and two-car garages. The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms.

Pardee Homes' sales offices and model complexes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
