Richmond American opens three new models at Wellington Place

Models of three new floor plans are now open at Wellington Place, a Richmond American neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas. All the plans offer layouts with optional attic lofts or suites.

"The optional attics are a great way to add living space without taking anything away from the size of your yard. We're really excited for people to tour the models so they can see how convenient the layout is," sales agent Chuck Myers said. "Until recently, these homes were only available at one of our communities in southwest Las Vegas, so this gives people who are looking in the northern valley three great new plans to choose from."

Myers said that the community's location in the booming northwest is a plus.

"Wellington Place is very centrally located, with all the shopping you could possibly imagine just minutes away. There's also a brand-new hospital right around the corner, which makes it a great neighborhood for nurses or medical professionals who want an easy commute," he said.

Two floor plans are priced from the $280,000s: the Tuscana and the Verona. Both homes include three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,350 square feet. Each floor plan includes a loft that is available as an optional fourth bedroom, as well as an optional third-level attic loft or suite with a private bath and walk-in closet.

The Tuscana offers a formal dining room and living room, as well as a family room and kitchen. The Verona features a master suite that can be expanded to include a master retreat.

The Cassandra is the largest floor plan, with four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,650 square feet. Room options allow this home to include up to six bedrooms and 31/2 baths. Priced from the low $300,000s, the design is highlighted by a first-floor study and a second-level library that can be converted into an additional bedroom. Buyers have the option of an attic loft or bedroom suite.
