September 8, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Auburn and Bradford, two new, gated Ryland Homes neighborhoods, are located in the new master-planned community of Providence.
"If you're looking to buy a new home, this is the time," says Ryland Homes sales counselor Jim Storfer. "In addition to new, lower pricing, Ryland Homes is offering Auburn and Bradford buyers an array of included upgrades and incentives. Some of which may include granite countertops and maple cabinets in the kitchen and pool-sized lots being sold without premium pricing."
This week's featured home, is the Rose, home site 32, at Bradford. It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,831 square feet. It is priced at $399,990, a $70,000 reduction from the home's original price of $469,000.
Eight decorated models are featured at Auburn and Bradford. Floor plans include one-, two- and three-story homes.
Auburn is a neighborhood of two- and three-story residences. The four home designs are available in three architectural finishes. Spanish Colonial-style homes have tiled roofs and shutters.
Overhanging eaves and gabled roofs distinguish classic Craftsman-style homes, while Country European homes have a rustic-looking exterior accented with stone.
Auburn homes range from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and two-car garages. These homes are graced with a host of appealing features, including kitchens with General Electric appliances, Corian countertops and oak cabinetry.
The home also includes great rooms, front porches and a two-level owner's suite (per plan) and walk-in closets. A third story vista room is available in select plans. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s.
Bradford offers three home designs: Craftsman, Spanish Colonial and Country European styles. Floor plans range from three to four bedrooms in up to 3,099 square feet.
These one- and two-story homes feature two-car garages and private courtyards. The design has an option for a fifth bedroom and fourth bath, as well as an expansive master suite that leads to a private retreat and a deck off the master bedroom.
Kitchens come standard with Corian countertops, oak cabinetry and General Electric appliances. Prices begin in the low $300,000s.
Providence is a new master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley with an American Traditions theme.
"We're located far enough from the bustle of the city so that it's peaceful, yet you're minutes away from amenities such as shopping, new schools, a hospital and new parks. And for dining and entertainment, Red Rock Casino is only 10 minutes away," Storfer said.
To tour Auburn and Bradford at Providence, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit Ann Road west. Then turn right at the end of the road on Lansford/Schaumber and travel to Barnacle, then turn left. Make a quick right just before the community gates.
