June 9, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Ten on-site model homes are now under construction at the new Inspirada master-planned community in the southern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.
Toll Brothers' will hold a grand opening for its Barcelona, Coronado and Balboa single-family home models, three Casa Citta townhomes and four Castellos mansion-condominiums June 30.
Based on a traditional open-streetscape environment, Inspirada includes seven villages located around a central park and community center. According to the developer, residents will never be more than a quarter-mile walk from neighborhood amenities.
To enhance the themes of a hometown lifestyle, the builder features floor plans defined by front porches and courtyard entries.
In addition, the community has been designed without the block walls that divide many master-planned communities.
Toll Brothers at Inspirada includes five collections of home designs. With a total of 20 floor plans, homes include foyer entrances, expanded master suites, family rooms, dining areas and spa-like master baths.
The Barcelona, Balboa and Coronado designs range from 2,320 to 3,495 square feet.
Prices begin in the upper $400,000s.
The Casa Cittas Collection of luxury townhomes range from 2,736 to 2,796 square feet, with prices starting from the mid-$500,000s.
The builder's condominium designs are being introduced to Las Vegas with the Castellos Collection. The collection ranges from 1,406 to 1,712 square feet.
Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.
In addition to the amenities of the Inspirada master plan, a residents' clubhouse will include a fitness room, media room, gathering space, two pools and tot lot.
