Toll Brothers offers luxury residences at Traccia in Summerlin

Traccia by Toll Brothers is a gated neighborhood of luxury homes within Summerlin. Traccia's three collections of floor plans are now priced from the low $300,000s.

Traccia plans include courtyards, covered patios, front porches and view decks. The neighborhood features winding walking trails as well as at the community's showcase clubhouse with swimming pools, tennis courts, conference facilities, recreation room and a fitness center.

Traccia's tree-lined streets are undisturbed by garage entrances, which are located behind the homes and accessed by traditional alleys. The rear-entry garages allow for uncluttered front scapes.
